Important notice: during Black Friday, Christmas, and sales periods, to minimize the impact this may have on deliveries, we recommend using private addresses, and for returns, post offices. Thank you for your understanding.

Shipping costs:

Free shipping on orders over €50 in Spain and €100 in Portugal, only on full-price products.

There is no free shipping to the Balearic Islands.

Shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout and includes standard delivery within the specified timeframe.

We deliver your order to the address you specify during the purchase process, via Correos Express.

Free shipping for orders over €50 in Spain and €100 in Portugal. There is no free shipping in the Balearic Islands.

Collection at one of our physical stores:
Available within 48 to 72 business hours from purchase.

Courier delivery:
Shipments to Spain and Portugal, the delivery time is 3 to 5 business days, counted from when the order is completed. Shipments to the Balearic Islands, the delivery time is 3 to 8 business days.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be prepared on the next business day.

Orders placed on Fridays after 2:00 PM will be prepared on Monday morning and shipped on the same day.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Zúa cannot guarantee the effectiveness of shipping to a collection point. We recommend placing the order to a private address.

Order status:

Once your order has been validated, you will receive a confirmation email at the address you provided during the purchase or the one associated with your Zúa account.

To check the status of your order, you can:

Access your user area from your account.

If you do not have an account, check the confirmation email, where you will find order updates and the carrier's tracking number.

Important notice regarding deliveries and refunds

If an order cannot be delivered after an attempt at the indicated address and is returned to our facilities by the courier company, handling and return costs will be borne by the customer.

These costs amount to €20 and will be directly deducted from the refund amount for the returned order.

We appreciate your understanding and remind you of the importance of checking that the delivery details are correct and of being available to receive the order on the scheduled dates.

Important information about store pickup

When you place an order for in-store pickup, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to pick it up and to make a return if needed.

If the order is not picked up within these 30 days, a €10 charge will be applied for management and storage. We recommend picking up your order within the indicated timeframe to avoid this additional cost.
