When it comes to an online purchase, exchanges are handled as returns.
Therefore, you must return the product and can make a new purchase with the item you want by clicking here.
How do I manage a return?
Returns of products purchased from the online store must be made within 30 calendar days from the date of the order.
1. If the order was placed with the in-store pickup option, the return must be made directly at any of our stores, presenting only the order number and confirmation email.
2. If the order was placed with the courier delivery option. To start your return, you need to access the link mentioned above where you will find two options:
FIRST OPTION: You can return it at any of our stores free of charge, along with the order number, where our staff will verify the date and condition of the product to be returned.
To use this option, you need to access our link.
Then, select "in-store return" and indicate which of our stores you will drop off the product at.
Once we receive the product in our stores and verify that it complies with our return policy, we will proceed with the refund within a maximum of 20 days, although this period is usually shorter.
SECOND OPTION: Another option indicated by the link is to choose the Post Office branch that best suits you. To use this option, you need to access our link. In this case, the shipping costs are 4 euros.
Returns at collection points are not available, even if they appear as an option on the website, as they are currently in a testing phase.
You can go to any Post Office branch and make the return with the document generated by accessing the link. Explain that it is CORREOS EXPRESS REVERSE LOGISTICS, and that the tracking number is sufficient; no QR code is generated.
THIRD OPTION: You can send it by the courier company of your choice. In this case, the shipping costs are at your expense. To do this, you must notify us of your intention to return via email at info@zuashop.com, describing and listing the garments to be returned and the order number.

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Personalized products.
- Products that are not accompanied by their original unopened seal in the case of jewelry, or that have stains or breakages.
- Products that are not suitable for exchange for health or hygiene reasons.
If any return that violates our policy is sent to us, there will be a courier cost of €12 for the recovery of the garment.
In the event of defects in a product purchased online, Zúa, in accordance with current legislation, may, as a first option, repair it, replace it with one of identical characteristics, and if the previous options are not possible, refund it at no additional cost. This will apply within a period of two years from the purchase.
What is the deadline for making a return?
The return period for any item is 30 calendar days from the day you make the purchase. After this period, returns or exchanges WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
Do I owe anything on my refund?
- If you take it to any of our stores, it's free.
- If you send it by your own courier service, you cover the costs.
- If you take it to a post office, the cost is €4 in mainland Spain, €12 in the Balearic Islands, and €8 in Portugal.
How and when will I receive my refund?
Once the return is approved, we will process the refund using the same payment method within a maximum of 20 days.
ZÚA reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or sent outside the 30-day period from the purchase date, or garments that are not in the same condition as when they were received.
Important notice regarding deliveries and refunds
Should an order be attempted to be delivered to the address provided and then returned to our facilities by the courier company, the management and return costs will be borne by the customer.
The amount corresponding to these costs will be 20 euros, and it will be directly deducted from the refund for the returned order.
We appreciate your understanding and remind you of the importance of verifying that the delivery details are correct and of being available to receive your order on the scheduled dates.
Important information about store pickup
When you place an order for store pickup, you have a total of 30 days from the date of purchase to pick it up and to make a return if needed.
If the order is not picked up within 30 days, a €10 fee will be applied for handling and storage.
We recommend picking up your order within the timeframe to avoid this additional cost.
If the order was placed with the store pickup option, returns must be made directly at any of our stores, by simply presenting the order number and confirmation email.
