In-store exchange policy
Exchanges of non-defective items must be made within a maximum of 30 calendar days from the date of purchase, by exchanging them for another product or a voucher (with no expiration date), which can be redeemed at any of our physical stores.
It is important to note that vouchers issued at a physical store can only be redeemed at one of our establishments, as indicated on the purchase receipt.
To do so, it will be essential to present the garment with its accompanying cardboard tag, as well as the purchase receipt, either physical or a photo, within the given period.
Exchanges are not accepted for:
- Products that, for hygiene reasons, cannot be returned once unsealed, such as swimwear, hair accessories...
- Costume jewelry items.
If we consider the product to be defective, we will proceed with its repair, replacement, or a refund of the amount, provided that the aforementioned options were not possible. This process is covered by the two-year legal warranty for defective products, in accordance with Spanish regulations.
